How much does your medicine cost?
The cost of medication varies depending on the product prescribed. Kicko offers a wide range of options, from budget-friendly to premium products, to suit different needs and budgets.

Will I have to pay for my medication during the consult?
No. There’s no payment required during your consultation.
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
No. Kicko has no hidden fees. All nurse consultations, doctor reviews, and follow-ups are free, and you only pay for medication and delivery if you choose to proceed.
Why can't I see the medication and price before I have a consult?
Due to strict TGA regulations, medications and pricing can only be discussed and accessed after a clinical consultation and approval. This ensures all treatments are prescribed safely and appropriately, in line with Australian regulations.
Is medication covered by Private Health Insurers?
Yes. Some private health insurers may provide coverage, depending on your policy.
We recommend checking directly with your health provider to confirm what’s included in your level of cover.
Can I claim my consult through Medicare?
No. Consultations through Kicko are not claimable through Medicare.
Does the PBS cover these therapies?
No. The therapies and medications prescribed through Kicko are not currently covered by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
