A Kicko doctor reviews the medical information you provide and decides whether treatment, including any prescription, is clinically appropriate.

What can the nursing team help with?

Our nurses can help you understand the assessment process, complete your intake and access follow-up support as you work towards reducing or quitting nicotine.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. The decision is made independently by the treating doctor.

How quickly are applications reviewed?

Completed applications are generally reviewed within 24 hours once the required patient information has been received.

Can I verify a practitioner’s registration?

Registered Australian health practitioners can be searched using the AHPRA public register .
